We had aproblem with an external light which had broken away at the seam between the globe and the base. Mr Cole came out and kindly removed the base from the globeholder. He did not say that the job was too small or a waste of his time. He was pleasant and only charged me $5.

I bought a Renault 2 1/2 years ago and i was well treated by the staff at the time. My trade in was not as good as I had expected, but they gave me a few goodies in lieu. I lost some buttons from a coat suppplied by this company and I asked for some replacements. Not only did they post the buttons to me but did not ask for any payment for the buttons or post at all. A generous gesture.

My glasses frame broke after about 15 months use and the manager said he could not repair it, but gave me a new frame, installed my lenses free of charge. great service.

Even though my car had passed it's warranty expiry date by a couple of months, the service department supplied a new starter motor on my Citroen free of charge. I did have to pay for labour to fit the part, but it was done very quickly and efficiently. They even gave me the use of a car free of charge whilst this was happening
