Air Rite Quote for a fan motor and indoor PCB carrying out this work using only quality new materials and a high standard of workmanship would be:
Three thousand four hundred twenty-one dollars zero cents ($ 3,421.00) + G.S.T = 3,763.10
2 people came to the home one technician (nice guy) one trainee. The technician did the installation in the roof and i stood around with the trainee talking about football for most of the time.

Not long after installation our system stops working and one technician came out and uninstall the faulty part in less than an hour and took it away to be sent away. Air Rite informed us there was no more replacement parts as the parts were discontinued so they would credit back for the parts.
when asked about the rest of the money Air Rite said “Unfortunately we have completed the works as per the quote”

This is not the case as we do not have a working ducted air condition with a fan motor and indoor PCB, Air Rite has not completed the work stated in the quote,
Air Rite also stated that they could only credit for parts and not a full refund as they have provided the labour as per the scope we cannot credit this section of the works.

Upon receiving the credited amount of $1380,00 from the faulty parts i knew something didn't look right and that Air Rite unfairly overcharge on the service.
This would suggest that Air Rite Mechanical Solution unfairly over charge us for the 1-hour, possibly a little over 1-hour of work for one technician to install the fan motor and indoor PCB for the amount of $2383.00.

My experience with this business was terrible and i personally would not recommend it's services.
