There's no denying that she is very knowledgable but I must mention that I think she is out of touch with how to deal with little people. On two seperate occasions she made my daughter cry, once for my 1 year old touching pamphlets on a child sized table that we were seated right next to, and the next time for abruptly telling her that she wasn't allowed to have a snack while waiting to be seen. Also, I would never allow my children to run havoc and make a big a mess so I was a little taken that each time we went there comments were made.
