I wouldn't give this company a rating, as it would be below zero! Even though I was going through my insurance company, they kept my car for over 3 months!! Communication with them was minimal, and they kept saying they couldn't get the parts. They claim that they put through 80 cars per week! What a joke! Only by complaining to my insurance company, was anything done.
Never again!!
