Sophie seems to have the knack of knowing just how to show you what to do in a calm, professional way. She cares about you and you feel valued, she has infinite patience and I felt it was really worth having a go, even thought my body is nothing like all the slim ,fit bods in ads. I thoroughly enjoyed my yoga sessions with Sophie and I am looking forward to more. She's the best !
