Excellent customer service all the way through, from the office consultation, very professional and friendly, to the guy who came out to measure the windows, the guy who fitted the shutters and finally the electrician, all were very punctual (some even a bit early) friendly and helpful and did an amazing job. We got the shutters for our son's city apartment for security reasons, but were surprised at how good they look, both outside and inside, how cool they keep the apartment and how well they operate using the remote control. We highly recommend them.
