Scott has been our IT consultant for the last 7 years for our business from purchasing and setting up computers/servers to general IT assistance. We are in the events industry and one of the best traits is that Scott is available outside the standard Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm service. We run our events over the weekend and if we have any issues Scott is available to offer assistance. We also have an office in New Zealand and have been able to offer them IT assistance too even with the time difference. This is great as we get on-call service without the exuberant prices. We have no issues in referring up2date to any other business.
