I ordered a set of luggage for my daughter for Christmas 2011. I ordered it only 9 days before Christmas online and Luggage Direct promised me to make every effort that it would arrive on time. The suitcase parcel arrived Christmas Eve and the suitcases were just as they were advertised and of a very good quality, my daughter was equipped with her luggage for her trip to New Zealand.
