I phoned three different mowing businesses prior to finding AEM Lawn Maintenance. The first three places either didn't get back to me, or told me they would get someone to come and do a quote and contact me, and nothing happened. When I phoned AEM - fourth time lucky - they provided me with quality customer service, even phoned me prior to turning up to see if that time was still ok. Better still, the overall job was cheaper than their quote.
