Luan did a great job despite the age and condition of the carpet at my parents' house. He really went the extra mile to help us prepare it for sale. This is the second house he's done for us (he got my place spic and span earlier this year) and once again we're delighted with his communication, timeliness, professionalism, friendliness, results and value.
