I have never in my entire life had to deal with a more horrible receptionist. Completely unkind, displayed a total lack of understanding, unreasonable and utterly rude. It’s such a shame, as the doctors are so caring. I, along with the rest of my family (7 of your existing patients) will all be leaving. It’s taken 3 weeks, and over 15 phone calls to go from an appointment, to receiving a referral to getting results all due to internal processes and procedures. I would hate to be awaiting more important results. Just shocking.
