Tanya is warm and friendly, made my first labradors mobile groomer experience a great one. My dog is not a fan of the dryer but Tanya was understanding and professional towards this aspect and suggesting seeing how he would go on a low setting and so on. In the end my Labrador was absolutely fine with the dryer. Tanya takes the time to explain how your fur baby went during the process, I know now my dog doesn't like the dryer on his head. with her previous years experience as a veterinary nurse behind her.
