I decided to take two of my suitcases to be fixed, both with broken zipper. The lady who served us, most likely the owner, was very helpful and friendly. She gave me an estimate time frame of the repair and how much it would costs me. The repair shop is close to Eastlink. The shop repairs a big range of bags/luggage labels. The shop also sells good quality luggage. A big plus, it is easier to get to than the city.
