Never ever have I experience a service I had from one of your staff today! And not to mention I’ve had it done a lot.
Not going to name her name on here.
Let me start it with, when originally booking my apt I request a 4:30pm apt, the girl (sorry, who I forgot her name) said for me to try get there by 4pm. I explained a number of times, I will try but due to where I work I would be late as traffic at that time is bad. At around 4:01 I called and explained that I would be late. I said approx between 5-10mins. Which she wasn’t happy with. (Completely get it as I know it can be annoying but I pre warned I was going to be late)
From that point it went down hill. When walking through the door, I was on the phone. Yes I didn’t acknowledge the girls as I was a bit busy, sorry for that.
I was told to go to the sink to wash my hair. After that point, the girl who did my hair didn’t say hello, I felt a vibe which made me feel very uncomfortable. When washing my hair, she mentioned was the water temp okay, I required ok. I asked for an additional shampoo, which she said she was already going to do that, which was great.
When conditioning my hair, she didn’t not massage my scalp nor ask if I wanted it if she wasn’t going to it. So that annoyed me.

When moving to the chair, she put de-tangler in my hair, at which point I asked if she put product in my hair and was actually annoyed about because I never have anything put in my hair due to it being oily and not lasting me. She immediately got upset and said I questioned her on her being a professional hairdresser (which I never did) I simply told her I know my hair better than anyone and if something was going to be put into my hair other than shampoo and conditioner I should have been advised! She then proceeded to rush my hair, she continue to bring up the previous issue which I replied with I don’t want to talk to you nor do I even want you to do my hair as she made me feel so little and uncomfortable. She was obviously in a rush for whatever reason when no other clients were booked as I was the last apt. My hair was wash dried and straightened within 30mins of my arrival (4:45pm)
When paying I asked for her name and she refused and said she would mention it to the manager. I explained how I felt which she kept interrupting me. She told me she doesn’t need my service and she doesn’t care if I don’t come back. She swore in the conversation. Explained I was raising my voice which I wasn’t and I know you have cameras so you can check that.
I am absolutely disgusting and disappointed that for a place I’ve come for a few times over the years to be treated like that. I’m sorry but she needs massive improvement. To be told I’m just a number and she doesn’t care, well that in itself shows her level of customer service skills. Don’t think I’ll be coming back ever again.
There is a lot more I have to say but I’ll leave that to when the owner calls me to discuss this further. Not wanting any refund or anything but I simply want the lady who did my hair know how she treated someone is wrong!
P.s. the other lady I had do my hair was lovely which she should know.
