They used strip wax. On my Brazilian. Ouch. Wax left everywhere my legs are practically glued shut. Apparently their website offers hot wax which is slower but much better for the hairs and less painful - I was never given the option. I should have walked out the second I saw her apply a strip. Hairs left in patches. Definitely get what you pay for! Will never pay less for someone to look after down there! The girl was unfriendly and quiet only talking to complain about how little staff they had on and how busy they were. Really weird undsettling experience. Avoid!
