I needed an emergency appointment and was seen by Dr Kumar within two hours of phoning the surgery. She is efficient, kind, courteous and calming. She picked up that I was anxious so just got on with the procedure without unnecessary chat. I will see her in future and I’m so glad I found her. The ladies on reception were extremely friendly and professional also. A+
