Nathan and his team went above and beyond the call of duty when a miscommunication on our part left us with 24hrs to complete a stack of banking paperwork before we had to catch a flight. He managed to get the bank to expedite our application even going so far as to invite us into his home to ensure that all forms were completed correctly to avoid further delays while he was unwell!
