What a nice and spacious showroom to walked into, with friendly and welcoming staff! This is the first piano store we enter and so glad we didn't have to find a second one. Frank who had been very passionated and had given us so much professional advises and patiently showed us in details of different brands and models, and made comparisons of sounds and key weights etc. We felt truly briefed and confident to made the deal on our first purchase! Fang was very friendly and clear with explanations as well. Finally, a nice touch to hear some beautiful pieces played by Frank!
