This is the third time i have bought bookshelves here over 7 years so obviously the quality of workmanship is great. but the customer service this time has been absolutely appalling i will never shop there again. When the bookshelf didn't turn up on the day I'd booked for I was told the driver had come on a completely different day and discovered I wasn't there. Arranged for another delivery time today. No show. Was given a new story about why the bookshelf wasn't delivered on the day first arranged - no explanation though as to why I wasn't informed of this in time. And was told that there was no chance that it would have been delivered today. Still trying to arrange the delivery. Don't know how long this will go on for.
