0/5 stars. If you are reading this, you have been warned. They were supposed to arrive from 12-4pm. Guess what time they arrived? After 7pm! Not only that, my friend called them at 3.30 to ask ETA, and they said they had been "held up in Elsternwick" and would be there around 4.30-5. Did they make a mistake and mean Albury? Because that's how long it takes to drive from there.

Not only that, they didn't apologize once, didn't respond to phone calls or call back, not to mention the terrible communication. No discount for the extreme wait and extremely unprofessional.

Also managed to damage some of my furniture as well. Not to mention didn't wear masks! In the middle of the PEAK of pandemic! I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't even vaccinated.

Anyway, there is a reason why they don't have google reviews, because if they opened it up it'd be 1 star and warn other people.

Do not recommend.
