fun place. this is novelty at its best and would recommend to anyone for any occasion. as can be seen by the pics on their website, everything (apart from the floor!) is made of ice including shot glasses, seats and bar. an expensive 30 minutes but it has to be funded somehow i guess! highly recommend.

definitely one of the tackiest bars in melbourne. security and bar staff are unwarrantably pretentious, the crowd is young and music tacky. if your a traveler on contiki or on still on your p's this could be fun.. otherwise steer clear simply for the sake of saving $15 on an entry fee and being seen there.

personal favourite. ticks all the boxes of what a great bar should be. stunning french style decor and feel to it, classy but not pretentious at all and a good, more professional crowd. highlight is their rooftop bar and its view (skyscrapers i know, but we are in melbourne), perfect for after work drinks or chilling with mates.

i love this place. the perfect kick back setting if you want a night out to chill out and not party. bar staff are friendly and most of all know their stuff, theyre also happy to improvise and make you a personalised cocktail. ambience is relaxing and the crowd is refreshingly down to earth.
