highlight of George's is that it is consistent. the food is always decent, short waiting period for meals to come out and their waiters are always attentive, friendly and polite. the food is pretty good but nothing special, and maybe a little overpriced, however this is made up for in quantity!

fun experience and a great night out with friends, date, function whatever really. if you have the $ to spend and really love Japanese food, give this a go. had the teppanyaki which was tasty and fun however at the price of $59 you wouldn't expect anything less. beautiful position on southbank with fantastic views of the city and yarra and very cool Japanese decor.

great restaurant if you love thai food which i definitely do. i recommend the mouth watering green curry and the mixed entree, to try a variety of things at once. intriguing decor and relaxing ambiance. a bit pricey for the serving sizes (aside from the very generous servings of rice) but the food is very good quality.

i have been coming here since i was a kid and still to this day love this place. absolutely everything here is delicious. in particular the sausage rolls (!) and apple cakes. big selection of savory and sweet, all reasonably priced. also make a good takeaway coffee. service is friendly and quick.

this is a decent restaurant, conveniently located near the cinema so a good place to get a bite to eat before seeing a movie. food is always good value for what you pay for and all are fairly large servings. would recommend the dips, prawn risotta and lamb wrap. good wine list, nice ambience, cozy atmosphere. also an attached bar if you feel like kicking on but dont want to drive anywhere.

great little restaurant. cannot remember the amount of times i've eaten here. the food is delicious and very cheap for what you get. friendly staff and food always comes out quickly. huge menu which is split between Vietnamese and Chinese. highly recommend!!

buffet at its best. have been a couple of times and will definitely continue. $50 will get you a smorgasbord of just about anything you could ask for from high quality seafood, meats, salads to sushi. delicious food which is tastefully presented. ambiance is relaxing and service is great too. note this is including in entertainment book.

very nice restaurant. Italian at its best. stunning interior and decor and the service is spot on. food is delicious, however the pasta servings are very small for what you pay for. antipasto platter is delicious and would also recommend the cheese platter. fairly expensive for the small servings, but if you've got the $ and love good italian food, this is a must to try out.

i dont really like buffet style venues so i may be a harsh critic, although in comparison to others this is a step in the right direction. good for families, birthdays or large functions. large variety of food including deserts and good value for money.

nice place if you want something local. the food is pretty good and prices are reasonable. good wine list and the service is spot on. nice outdoor section and a fireplace which adds to the cozy factor during winter.
