Often there's nobody to serve but when school shoe shopping, they approached me to offer assistance. The sales lady was very patient and thorough and tried several shoes before finding the correct fit. Very caring. The 2nd pair were half price.

1:1 attention and sound advice. Very patient and bent over backwards to make me happy. I was able to return my prescription glasses when I was unable to adjust to bifocals and had them made into single lenses at no extra cost.

I had a manicure but the staff member couldn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate that she was hurting my cuticles.

Service was a little slow on arrival, nobody was about. Appointment was as expected. As for 24 hour service, in the very late evening they had a telephone message referring me to the emergency outpatients at the local hospital.

Excellent value and service. staff always willing to help and give good advice. they know their stock. Store well laid out but stock could be more varied.

I have had professional photos and makeovers before and this one was not as good. They were not good at listening to exactly what I wanted and therefor I didn't spend as much as I could have.

It is a cafe, but I find the television video hits very distracting. I like to pay attention to my friends and family when I go out rather than have them watching video hits. The food is average value and the service is slow...probably due to being so busy and having such a large venue. I find the rooms cold and not comfortable.

I have been there a few times and it looks better quality than it is. The prices and appearance insinuates a fine dining experience, but the quality is average.
