Warm and cosy cafe with a real 'Warrandyte' feel. Great food made with love and care and always something gluten free and fructose friendly. Yummy GF brownies!! Really helpful and friendly staff. Just what Warrandyte needs!
My hot water service had a major malfunction and had to be replaced, I spent the morning ringing around getting quotes to replace it. By 2pm I was getting a bit disgruntled with the time it would take people to come out and the high cost involved. When I rang Raldex, they said they could come straight away and quoted way under everyone else. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys!
I was booked a massage here as a gift. I found the service excellent; I was slotted in for an appointment quickly and attended to without having to wait for long in the waiting area. The environment was very relaxed and friendly. The massage was definitely one of the best I have ever had and I felt sensational afterwards. I also purchased some of the skin creams (they specialise in (Dr. Hauschka organic products) and found it excellent.
We often call in for coffee and scones and always find the quality of food to be excellent. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The setting is lovely with the river just across the road. Great coffee!
I purchased numerous items when setting up my nursery (Porta-cot, breast pump, sterilizer etc) and found them to be really good. I found that the quality of the pre-loved goods were excellent and often the items had hardly been used at all. I have just purchased some second hand Fisher and Price toys and have been very impressed! Why spend big bucks on items that your baby will only use for a few months!
I have popped in here a few times and have always found a new (second-hand) toy or item to purchase. Some toys may need a bit of a clean up but the prices are so cheap that you can't go wrong!
We have used this place for both take-away and eat in. The eat-in is a very informal setting and good for a quick bite to eat. They offer a good variety of Pizza's (gourmet) and we have always been impressed with their quality.
We often stop here after a walk along the river and have Devonshire tea (only $7.50) and the scones are lovely and fresh. The coffee is great also. They also offer a great lunch and dinner menu and we have always been impressed by the quality of food and service.
This is a new Mediterranean restaurant/cellar door in the Yarra Valley. They make really yummy Italian pizzas from a wood fired oven and have great wines. The setting is lovely overlooking the Valley/vineyards. Plenty of room for large tables both inside and out and they were setting up for their first wedding when we arrived.
Approximate cost: $15
Lovely to spend an afternoon lunch or breakfast or just pop in for some wine tasting. The cellar door offers fantastic food and service and a lovely view over the Yarra Valley. Try the chocolate mud cake - small but heavenly!! Nice warm fireplace during winter and I am sure the outdoor deck would be a great place to have a few drinks in summer.
Approximate cost: $10
