It was very happy experience to deal with EZI Clean on my new security door installation, from the beginning when I spoke to Rose on the quotation, parts and components until the order delivered and completed by Mark, all went through smoothly. As I had bad experience with my previous security door supplier (I had to return the door), I was a bit cautious when I chose next new vendor. I asked a lot questions when I spoke to Rose, who kindly explained and showed me the different materials and pricing in her professional way until I could lock down the quotation.

When Mark came to measure the door, he carefully measured the door and patiently listened to my request, and then advised me some options to resolve the problem on the old timber door frame. I was very impressed with his manner as none of other door suppliers I engaged have ever offered such options.

Now the new security door from EZI Clean was beautifully installed into my door frame. Mark did an excellent job that he put a lot of efforts and time during the installation to ensure the door could be best fit into the frame.

I have to say EZI Clean really regards its customers' needs as priority. They are willing to go extra miles to deliver quality work and excellent service to meet customer satisfaction. I would like to engage them again in future and definitely I highly recommend them to all.
