Julie and the course were both amazing. I was a little sceptical going in but after just the first day I felt more confident, relaxed and empowered about labour and birth. The course promoted me and my husband to have the direct and honest conversations we needed to to plan for that day with a calm and pragmatic approach and clarity on what we want.
