Nasty place rude arrogant staff , aggressive owner and receptionist just a horrible person..poor customer service..the receptionist shouldn't be in the role she's in she's abrupt, rude, nasty and doesn't care about lying to people..I highly recommend going elsewhere..this place held my replacement TV for ransom, the TV come In a box and I wanted the box, the box was mine however this establishment took it upon them selves to withhold the TV until I agreed to give them the box or they wouldn't give me my TV back..this company has no honour...

I come across a ad in the local newspaper blue mountains gazette Wednesday edition june 14 2017 page 11 and the company carpet court was advertising a introductory offer of $44.80 square meter fully laid for new hybrid flooring, I called the store and told them I wanted my house installed of this flooring for the price as advertised and they advised me that the price in the paper is incorrect and I will have to pay an extra $25/metre to install the flooring, I said to them that their ad clearly states installation is inclusive $44.80 and their reply was no its not..
this company is clearly falsely advertising to get you to come in...not a good look carpet court
