Before writing this, I have contacted them with feedback, and after 2 weeks not even an acknowledgement of the email.
Had these guys out to check a split aircon that wasn't working and service a second unit. What they did to the air con was not a service, they cleaned filters I had previously cleaned, sprayed some "stuff" over condensers. I advised that one of the unit had previously blocked the drain and had water spilling inside - I was advised what they did "should" fix it - nothing was checked. Faulty air - con - well there was some cold air coming out of it, and they can replace the unit - once pushed I was advised it was low on gas. The service guy spent more time checking out the meter box and listing all the thinks he thought was wrong - the obvious one which Western Power advised a couple of weeks earlier I needed to get someone in wasn't on the list, and being familiar with the wiring rules, none of the list has to be fixed. What a waste of $388 now to find a competent company to do the job properly.
