Not being a wonderfully IT-Savvy person it was a great relief to find Mark when I experienced problems when my old computer slowed to a crawl and the login became excruciatingly slow. A home visit and two hours later and my worries were alleviated. When it came time to purchase a laptop, Mark was there with a quality product at a price that was under what I had found at the major retailers. Even better was that he transferred everything over and installed all the programs I required.
For one that is filled with trepidation everytime I install or download anything, Mark was a godsend.
