First of all I wish to stress that the service provided in no way valued at the 83% discount that they have advertised. I had my massage yesterday and was extremely disappointed to say the least. The place was (in my opinion) a dingy old house dressed up in words and brochures to lure customers in.

As soon as I walked in I noticed in the tiny reception area numerous "CHEAP" nail care products that can be bought in places like "Sam's Warehouse and Crazy Clarks". This in itself gave me an indication of the quality of what services they are offering for nails treatments. I was taken to a room that was very cold & the girl did put the heater on when I complained how cold it was.

To my disappointment the massage was very ordinary, I did not feel relaxed at all afterwards. The products used for massage was not massage oils, but rather cheap creams. I checked what creams were being used when I got dressed & they were ordinary creams you can buy for $2.00 at the stores mentioned above. There were cheap $2 plastic pumps below the bed & on the table which were filled with these cheap creams not genuine massage oils. They did have a bottle of eye oil on the table + a bottle of water soluble lavender oil on the side table.

The facial mask was terrible, I could not wait to get home & wash my face and whole body, I just wanted to get all the stuff off my body. When I asked the girl what products are being used for the facial she clearly told me this and I quote "my boss makes up her own from stuff". The mask would not even dry after being left on for 15 minutes or so. The girl came back and said oh it's still wet I will have to come back later.

The whole process was 1 hour and 50 minutes, which included the 30 minutes or so being left in the room waiting for the facial to dry. It was not 2 hours.

The girl although friendly was not experienced & had no qualifications whatsoever. The girl told me she had come from Thailand a year ago & has been doing this from training from the boss since being here.

Nowhere are you informed that it is run by and operated by unqualified Thailand girls.

I would never go back there, nor would I ever recommend anybody to go there, in fact I would certainly let anybody know how disappointed I am and why. The whole thing was not worth the money spent and certainly not the value of $290 which is the value they advertised at giving a so called 83% discount. Certainly not & nowhere near this value!!!

There were supposed to give you a $20.00 voucher for the next visit (not that I would ever go there again), but this was not given to me. In fact when I got dressed nobody even bothered to ask me at the end how it was not was there anybody at reception. There were 2 Thailand girls talking at the back of the hallway.

If I had seen the place prior to my appointment I would not have gone anywhere near it. The place appeared to be unclean as in all the cheap products were dirty on the outside. I look at everything in the room and felt the towels were not fresh, in fact one of the towels on the bed felt damp and smelt somewhat.

All I can say is that this is no place to go to have a massage. I have private medical insurance yet cannot claim as they could not give me a receipt with a proper code so I could claim for the massage. Not only can I not claim for the massage that I spent $49.00 for, but I wasted 3 hours of my precious time. Approximately half an hour travel time each way & 1 hour and 50 minutes there.

Approximate cost: $49.00
