OMG! How good is Claude? We were so concerned about our boy and his behaviour around other dogs (and a few other troublesome behaviours too) and Claude from K9iQ addressed each and every one of our questions and more.

He spend time discussing the psychology behind why some dogs do what they do and then taught us (and Walter) what to do and importantly what not to do in varying situations.

What a difference Claude has made to all our lives. Walter is the happiest, most relaxed and confident he's ever been and he's now such a joy to walk and to take to the park.

Claude even allowed us to video the session so we could go back to it whenever we wanted to make sure we could maintain consistency and what's more, he encouraged us to keep in touch and not only let him know how Walter was doing, but also to address any residual questions we had.
