Professionalism. I came in with a foreign part needing repair. Godfrey's didn't want a bar of me. Felix took a look at the problem and came up with a solution. Excellent knowledge on all the products, parts etc. Well worth the travel. Godfrey's are only interested in selling new equipment, not to help out.
