I love being able to sit in a relatively quiet area and look down to the next floor. The coffee here is one of my favourites in Newcastle. The meals are a bit on the pricey side. But very well done. The cakes are delicious.

This is a real chocolate shop. You can see the chocolate being used. The quality is fantastic and there is a great range if you are looking for something. Considering the quality the price is very reasonable.

I often stop in here for take away when I'm nearby. They always have lovely food with a great variety to choose from. I've always found the ingredients to be fresh and the quality better than most.

Amazing chocolates. I love the variety, a lot of chocolate shops have exotic chocolates only. However here there is plenty of plain chocolate treats to tempt anyone. And considering the quality the value is very good. I never miss going here when I am in the area.

Cold Rock is my favourite ice cream. They let you taste flavours if you want to try something new. The only downside is I don't go there at night as we did one night and it was a bit rough. Not in the shop but getting to the car outside. However any other time it is well worth the visit.

A trim should not mean a year's worth of hair. The staff seemed friendly and nice, however despite the very cheap prices just cutting off long hair straight and huge amounts for a trim is very disappointing. Possibly they are better with short hair or colours?

This is an amazing local resource. You can hire out the fantastic hall with a full kitchen for functions. During the week the hall has before and after school care and tons of resources such as Playgroup, Heart moves, Social pups, seniors lunch. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can assist you with a huge range of issues or help put you in touch with the services who can help you.

This has been a huge relief on more than one occasion to have a late night pharmacy available. Especially when you have sick children. The staff are always exceptionally helpful and explain any medicines to you. They have a great range of products to look at while you wait.

This place has fantastic coffee. Great to be able to relax, if you are in a hurry probably not the best place to stop. The food can be a tad pricey, however you expect that in a prime location. It is easy to get to and comfortable seating.

We have found them to be reliable and well priced. They let us know that we did not need to pay for something that others had been charging us form. They were professional to deal with.
