They stated to provide 2 years Australian Warranty for the Iphone 11 Screen I bought from them.
However, after 6 month of usage the screen started showing signs of damage and the screen brightness also fading.

When I informed them about the screen issues and the warranty, they said the warranty does not cover this type of damage and claimed you have dropped the phone and hence screen is damaged.

I assured them the screen is not damaged (refer image and video) but they still not providing any solution.

I will recommend not to buy any parts from them.
