I ordered a big vase of flowers for Mothers Day. The price was $150, so you would expect a decent bouquet for that. You would also expect that if it couldn't be fulfilled to that standard, you would get some kind of notification. I got none and when I saw the awful arrangement left at my mums door, I was embarrassed. Sally tried to explain it away with rising prices, no flowers available etc - again - would have been better if she had just told me in the first place and not taken my $150. Will never use again.
