We were initially recommended L & K Building from a close friend and soon after our first meeting with Liam it was hard to look elsewhere. As this is our first build, we still wanted to look around and compare with other builders and companies, Liam was very patient and had given us a respectful amount of time to make our decision. We almost considered signing with a project build, thinking it would suit our budget, but Liam helped us see that it is possible to build a home with a unique design all within our limited budget. He even referred us to a building designer who helped draft plans for our dream home. That was when we knew L & K Building were the builders for us and we have never looked back.
The journey from there was a breeze! Liam guided us through each stage of the building process and ensured we had every detail covered. We were given a list of recommended suppliers and trades, most of which we used and found resourceful and helpful. But we were also allowed the flexibility to use our own suppliers. I’m sure we made some bold choices and last minute changes, but Liam guided us through these decisions and delivered what we wanted without hesitation. In the end, Liam made it very clear that he wanted to build us a home that makes us happy, and with his attention to detail and professional work ethic, he most certainly did that!
