Visited their new facility (old ritchies) in Dandenong Princes Hwy. Great variety but very poor system in place to buy meat or fish.

There is no queue system, no tocken or lane at the meat or fish counter. Those who shout and yell get attention at the counter. Being a short 5 foot tall person and soft spoken, I had to wait long to get staff attention to serve me. I spoke to 2 people at the counter they are too busy and didn't bother to come back after serving their client.

I wish they introduce simple queue system at meat and fish counters preferably with tocken numbers.

Until further positive review in this matter, no more visit to the new Marmara butcher store in Dandenong. I hope management take positive action here. Thank you.
