Lost my carpet and now passing the buck between the owner and the overlockers don't return calls , phone never answers, constantly have to chase them for any communication.

We had problems since installation in 2003 - one of the sliding doors had a mark on it and it had to be replaced.
Also the cornice they installed above the wardrobe has come away from the ceiling and a large crack has formed. They have attempted repairs at least 4 times in the past but has never permanently fixed the issue. It still exists and they frustrate any attempt to fix it. The doors rub against the tracks and the door also don't close fully and roll back 1-2 inches on one side frequently. The drawers don't slide easily and jam all the time. A video has been uploaded to YouTube highlighting these issues to their attention. We have attempted to raise these issues by email and phone with the company but they are deliberately obfuscating doing anything and making excuses about the production manager not being available, never received my email, they claim have problems with their email which seems lame as when I re-sent whilst on the phone to the receptionist she got it straight away. Make promises to call you back within 20 minutes but they never do and same excuse that the production manager is 'busy' My advice is to get your wardrobe built and installed elsewhere as this company doesn't honour their 'lifetime' guarantee and you will not get a quality built professionally installed wardrobe that will last.
