Everything went really well, especially given that I was working with your office from the NT. The only issue was regarding the payment of outstanding expenses (i.e. remaining deposit and the like) which was not sorted until the day before settlement and required for me to rush to a bank branch to make a transfer, but all in all everything went well. Suzie was a pleasure to deal with.
