In a recent move Proficient dropped and destroyed our dining table. They subsequently denied any liability and refused any redress. They have accepted no responsibility.
If moving the furniture safely and in one piece isn’t their job, what is?? While the removalists were pleasant the management denial of responsibility is hugely disappointing.
