Went in for shellac removal and normal nail colour after. Was so rough with my nails and scraped the shellac of so hard my nails are butchered. The worst job I’ve ever had on normal nail polish. You can see the layers of polish and it’s such a messy job. She said $10 for just the shellac removal (fair enough) but then it was $20 when I wanted polish too. Absolute scam
