I spoke with Huy yesterday who is putting in place a new health service provider for me and I have already passed on a referral to him. I had no intention of changing from current provider however Huy described a more tailored service for me I believe with a few more benefits hopefully. I am yet to experience the service from my new provider as it only comes into effect from 11/2/2016 so I will be able to rate it then.
Huy was not pushy and gave me confidence that he was going to improve my service once he had suggested a new provider. I will see how it goes.
