I attended this vet for my furbaby's yearly vaccination & check up as I recognised Dr Vanessa Escott from when she worked at another vet surgery. She was absent, so I saw a new vet and she was to give me a quote on dental surgery back in January..it is now July and I'm still waiting..never been so disappointed and disheartened by a vet before. I was also treated unkindly by this new vet.
