I've been a customer of Julianne's for a couple of years now and cannot recommend her highly enough. I've just had the most wonderful colour and hair cut done...and at such a reasonable price. The fact that Julianne also provides such a relaxing, pleasant and professional service (her hair washes / head massages are the best!) is a bonus!
