I had an appointment with Grant Duncan on 1/4/23 to quote re-blocking of my home. He shimmied under the front of my home When he got out, he told me I need around by his count 90 stumps done. Then we went into the house and he told me What it would entail. Showed me what they would fix, how they would need access etc. Toward the end of the appointment he gave me his Business' Card and I gave him my email and details of contact. He said he would write me up an approximation quote that could vary depending whether the stumps needed replacing or levelling as there were some brick pilons up the back of the home and email it to me probably Monday 3rd or Tuesday the 4th. I rang 6th April 23 and left a message reminding him of our appointment asking will Grant please send my quote through. I rang every week in April, left a message asking for my quote to be emailed to me please. There has been no communication from Duncans Re-blocking to me at all.
