I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. The cleaner was scheduled to come on a Monday and did not make it due to other commitments. I gladly agreed to move it to Tuesday at @10.30 told her clearly I have a meeting at 11, and she shows up at 11.30. I have a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. the open plan kitchen living is quite small.. she took 3 hours to clean downstairs and No my house was not filthy. She used so much bleach in the kitchen that I couldn't breathe (I'm pregnant).. opened all the windows in the house.. and decided to redecorate my living room by moving things around. She said "I thought I would redecorate" She took her sweet time and didn't even complete the cleaning upstairs. She spent more than 4hrs at my house. She knew I booked for 3 hrs as per the conversation over the phone we had before she came over and she then told me I thought you booked for a full day clean. I emailed Effly (as per their request) with my concerns as they needed proof of her not completing the job and no responses. I tried calling numerous times and left voicemails. No emails and no callback. Please do not use this service.. you will get an unprofessional cleaner and no customer service from this company.
