Carolyn has been a wealth of information and a wonderful supporter of my physical and mental health. Carolyn is genuinely interested in me and my wellbeing and is always considerate of, and willing to listen to, my own thoughts and ideas about my health. What I found most interesting were the pathology tests she organised that delved further than any previous tests I have had through my regular GP. Carolyn explained the results to me in detail and how that may be relating to the health issues I was experiencing ... helping me to understand my body better and how I can support it with better nutrition, positive mindset and natural supplements.
