I had a faulty wireless broadband SIM card that had around $400 in credit on it so I took it into the local Telstra Shop to get it replaced. Initially they weren't 100% sure on what to do and then said I needed to buy a new SIM card. After looking on their computer they agreed that they would transfer the credit form the old SIM to the new one with out charge.

It took around 10 minutes just to get four double cheese burgers. These were only warm. Staff seemed to be very distracted and not in a hurry to provide decent customer service.
