Brett was very easy to deal with and explained everything well, he met all of our requirements. The blinds arrived after just a week and were installed just days later by mark. Mark came down later in the evening to get the blinds installed as soon as possible, at a time that suited us. he was friendly and efficient. we are very happy with our new blinds they look great. would highly recommend blockout blinds!
