I went there for a diagnostic and was told they'd give me a report via email. I waited over the weekend and called Tuesday, she said she'd call me back. I waited two more days and she then told me they couldn't do a report for something they couldn't prove (gearbox issue). Severe lack of communication and trustworthiness and an complete waste of $165. 10/10 would not recommend.
